Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, it goes into our processing queue. This includes payment verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Tracking Your Order
The moment your package is handed off to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey in real-time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once received.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For our international community outside of North America: Please note that packages may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country's local government. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Address Changes & Lost Packages
