Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? We ship to 47 countries worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and select international regions. You can view the full list of shipping destinations here.
How long will it take to get my order?

Processing: It takes approximately 1–3 business days to verify, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.

Transit: Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

North America & Europe: 1 to 2 weeks

Australia & Asia: 2 to 3 weeks

Will I get a tracking number? Yes! As soon as your order is handed off to the courier, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.
Will I have to pay international customs or duties? For orders shipping to rural locations, your package could be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of your package being marked as delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all tags attached.
How do I start a return or exchange? Simply email us at info@moonwalksociety.com with your order number and details about the item you want to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process within 24–48 hours.
Who pays for return shipping?

If we made a mistake (damaged item or incorrect order), we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

For standard exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Can I return sale items? All items purchased from our "Sale" section or during a clearance event are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Ordering & Modifications
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Because we process orders quickly to get them shipped, we can only accommodate address changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placement. Please email us immediately at [Insert Your Support Email] with your order number.
What should I do if my package is lost or marked as delivered but missing? First, check with your local postal carrier and neighbors. If it’s still nowhere to be found, contact us! Please note that Moonwalk Society isn't responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses, but we will always do our best to help you track down your gear.
