Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Moonwalk Society gear. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help make it better. Because we produce our apparel in limited drops and custom runs to maintain top-tier quality, we ask that you review our guidelines below before initiating a return.
The 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your package is marked as delivered to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original, brand-new condition.

Free of any odors, stains, makeup, pet hair, or alterations.

In their original packaging with all product tags still attached.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show visible signs of wear or damage.
Exchanges
Need a different size or a different item from the drop? We offer exchanges within the same 14-day window, subject to inventory availability.

Because our collections are often limited runs, we recommend initiating your exchange quickly to secure your preferred size.

If the item or size you want is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit or a full refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our quality control, but mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged item, a defective print, or the wrong product entirely:

Email us at info@moonwalksociety.com or contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.

We will ship out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.
Return Shipping Costs

Defects/Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Standard Returns & Exchanges: For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Moonwalk Society cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale & Clearance Items: All items purchased from our "Sale" section or during a clearance event are final sale.

Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Ready to set up your return? Just follow these steps:

Send an email to info@moonwalksociety.com or contact us including the subject line: Return/Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number].

Let us know which item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason why.

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and the return shipping address.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
